Silma's Discover feed: competitor Reels ranked by outlier strength, each labeled with its hook type and how far it beat that account's usual views

What you get

Not a trending tab. A ranked shortlist.

Trending tabs show you what is big. Discover shows you what over-performed, and whether it is for you.

01 / OUTLIERS, NOT JUST BIG NUMBERS

Ranked by how far it beat its own baseline

Every post is judged against what that account normally gets. A post doing 4× its usual outranks a big account having an ordinary day, which is exactly the post worth learning from.

WHY Same buyer, same objection. Swap the product, keep the hook.

02 / FIT SCORE

Scored against your brand profile

Each post gets a 0 to 10 for how well the idea would carry to your customer, plus one line on why. “For you” keeps everything at 6 and above.

03 / FILTERS THAT MEAN SOMETHING

All, For you, or by niche

Browse the whole pool, only what fits, or one category. Refresh scores the newest posts against your profile; the rest are already ranked.

Make it mine.
Pulled in and broken down. Hook: cold open on the result. For your buyer, open on the “before” instead. Want the script?

04 / MAKE IT MINE

From someone else’s post to your draft

One click runs the full breakdown and drops it into your chat with your brand attached. The next message is “rewrite this for my audience”.

Who it is for

For the days you have nothing to post.

Creators who are out of ideas by Wednesday. Business owners who know their customer but not the format. One-person social teams who need three good options before the 10am meeting, each with a reason it should work.

Discover is included on every plan. Pair it with competitor tracking for the accounts you specifically compete with, and Pre-Check to score the draft before it goes out.

Questions

Where do the posts come from?+

A curated pool across niches such as food, fitness, business, travel and comedy, built from public Instagram and TikTok posts that beat their own account’s median. Every card shows how far it beat that baseline, so a small account’s 4× post ranks above a big account’s ordinary day.

What does the fit score mean?+

Once you have a brand profile, Silma scores each post from 0 to 10 for how well the idea would translate to your customer, with one line explaining the score. The For you filter keeps posts scoring 6 or higher. Without a profile the feed simply ranks by outlier strength.

What does Make it mine do?+

It pulls the post into Silma, runs the full breakdown (hook type, structure, pacing, why it worked) and drops it into your chat with your brand profile attached, so the next message can be: rewrite this for my audience. That costs the same as any new reel breakdown, 12 credits.

Is Discover on every plan?+

Yes. Browsing and fit scoring are included on Lite, Starter and Pro; the daily refresh allowance grows with the plan. Making a post yours spends credits like any other breakdown.

How is this different from tracking competitors?+

Tracking watches the accounts you name. Discover is wider. It surfaces outliers from across a niche, including accounts you have never heard of, and ranks them for your brand. Most people use both. Discover for ideas, tracking for the benchmark.
