Content strategy, then execution

You don't have a content problem.
You have a direction problem.

Start with a snapshot

We take a handful of clients at a time.

Anyone can make a video now, and that is exactly the problem. When production costs almost nothing, the only thing left worth paying for is judgment: which idea is worth making, who it is for, and why it will land. That is what we sell. The making is included.

Where we start

The content snapshot.

Before we make anything, we read what you already have: what you published, what your audience actually responded to, and what the accounts winning your audience are doing differently.

It is paid, it is fast, and it stands on its own. If you want us to execute afterwards, we can. If you don't, you still have the answer.

After the snapshot

Then we make it.

Some clients take the read and run it themselves. Others hand it back to us. For those we own one channel end to end: selection, cut, captions, sound, copy, and the calls about what to make next.

One example of the shape that takes: for a private equity firm, every podcast episode becomes short clips built around the moments their buyers care about. That is one version of the work. Yours might be founder video, product explainers, or a format nobody has made yet.

Powered by Silma

The Studio runs on its own brain.

Most agencies bolt AI onto old workflows. Silma Studio was built on its own brain from day one: behind every call is silma.app, which researches your niche, remembers every post and its outcome, and tells us what to make next. You get the judgment and the engine.

Questions

The honest answers.

What is a content snapshot?

A paid read of your content before anyone makes anything. We go through what you have published, what your audience actually responded to, and what the accounts winning your audience are doing differently. You get a straight answer on what is working, what to stop, and where your next month of effort should go. It stands on its own, whether or not you hire us afterwards.

Do I need a podcast?

No. Podcast clips are one format we work in, not a requirement. If you already have long-form footage we will use it. If you do not, the snapshot works from whatever you have posted, and the answer might be founder video, product explainers, or a format we have not made yet.

Can you promise views?

No. Anyone who promises you a number is guessing with your money. What we do promise: proven frameworks, systematic format testing, and every outcome tracked so the strategy gets sharper each month instead of resetting.

What do you need from me?

Access to what you have already posted and how it performed, plus the material that explains your offer: who buys, why, and what a good lead looks like. The more we understand the business, the better we pick what sells it.

How much of my time does this take?

Almost none beyond what you already do. We handle selection, cutting, and strategy. You give us a short weekly touchpoint and feedback within a day or two when we need a call made.

Who does the work?

We do. Selection, cut, captions, sound design and music, polish, plus copy tested across hooks and captions. Delivered ready to post. You never touch a timeline.

A few clients. Full attention.

If you are already making content and cannot tell which parts are working, start with the snapshot.
